Terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website. They're written to be read, not to hide things in fine print. By using the site, you agree to what's below. If something doesn't sit right, email hello@familyguardian.ai.

These terms are about the website only.
This page governs the public Family Guardian AI website — the pages you're reading now. It is not the contract for using the product.
When a healthcare organization uses Family Guardian AI to reach patients, that relationship is governed by a separate, signed agreement — a master services agreement together with a Business Associate Agreement under HIPAA. Nothing on this website creates that relationship, and these terms don't override it.
Accepting these terms
By visiting and using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the site on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that organization. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Acceptable use
You're welcome to read, learn, and get in touch. We ask that you don't use the site in ways that harm it or other people. Specifically, please don't:
- Break the law, or use the site to help anyone else break it.
- Try to gain access to systems, accounts, or data you're not meant to reach.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site, or get around any of its protections.
- Disrupt the site — through overload, automated scraping at scale, malware, or anything similar.
- Copy, frame, or republish our content as your own, or strip out our branding and attribution.
- Misrepresent who you are, or submit information through our forms that isn't truthful.
- Send us patient health information through this website — the demo form and email aren't the place for it.
Our content and brand
The text, design, graphics, logos, and other material on this site belong to Family Guardian AI (or to others who've let us use it), and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. The Family Guardian AI name and logo are ours.
You may view the site and share links to it freely, and quote a reasonable amount with credit. You may not copy large parts of it, reuse our design or branding, or present our material as your own without our written permission. If you'd like to use something — for a write-up, a partnership, anything — just ask at hello@familyguardian.ai.
The site is informational
Everything on this website is here to explain what Family Guardian AI does. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician. Family Guardian AI extends the reach of a care team — it doesn't replace a clinician, diagnose, or prescribe. If you or someone you know has a medical concern, contact a healthcare professional; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Anything on the site that describes the product, its capabilities, or future plans is for general information. The terms that actually apply to using the product are set in the signed agreement with each customer, not here.
Links to other sites
We may link to websites we don't run. Those links are there for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their privacy practices — once you leave our site, their terms apply, not ours.
No warranty for the site
We work to keep this website accurate, current, and available — but it's provided “as is.” We don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date, and we don't make warranties about the information on it beyond what the law requires. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim the implied warranties that can otherwise attach to a website like this.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Family Guardian AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that arise from your use of — or inability to use — this website. This section is about the website. It doesn't limit any rights or remedies set out in a signed agreement between Family Guardian AI and a customer, and it doesn't exclude anything that can't be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to the site and these terms
We may update, add to, or remove parts of the site at any time, and we may revise these terms as the company evolves. When we change the terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Family Guardian AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The specific governing-law and venue details will be confirmed here as the company finalizes them. Any agreement covering use of the product will set its own governing law, which controls for that relationship.
