Text messaging terms
This page covers the text messages patients receive from their care team's check-in program, delivered by LifeWatch AI. It's written for the person holding the phone. Questions? Email hello@familyguardian.ai.

The short version
- Reply STOP at any time and the messages end. That works immediately, no questions asked.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@familyguardian.ai.
- We don't charge for messages. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply — message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency varies with your care plan — typically 2 to 8 messages a month.
What this program is
LifeWatch AI sends care-coordination text messages on behalf of your healthcare organization to patients enrolled in its check-in program: wellness check-ins, medication reminders, and appointment or schedule notifications. The messages support the care your clinicians provide — they don't replace your care team, and they're not how to reach anyone in an emergency. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
How you joined, and that it's your choice
Patients join by giving consent — usually spoken consent during the program's enrollment phone call, recorded with the date and time it was given. Agreeing to text messages is voluntary. It is never a condition of receiving care from your healthcare organization, and you can withdraw consent whenever you like by replying STOP.
Stopping, and getting help
Reply STOPto any message and texting stops right away. You'll get one final message confirming you're opted out, and nothing more. Stopping texts doesn't affect your enrollment in the care program itself — your care team will simply use other ways to reach you.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@familyguardian.ai — a real person reads that inbox.
What it costs
LifeWatch AI doesn't charge patients for these messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply, depending on your phone plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number stays private
Your mobile number and your text-messaging consent are used only to run this program. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing — not sold, not rented, not traded. The full picture of how we handle information is in our Privacy Policy; how your healthcare organization handles your health information is governed by its own notice of privacy practices and its agreement with us.
